Currently, there are three ways to get involved:

1. Tutoring: check out our calendar to see what days/times the Kathwood Community Center is open for tutoring. Tutoring involves helping kids finish their homework, reading out loud, and playing educational games.

2. Teaching or Assisting with various classes: If you have a particular talent or knowledge on a topic you wish to share with the children and/or adults of Kathwood, contact us about starting or assisting with a class.  Currently we have music, art, reading, health/hygiene, teengirl support, English as a second language, and Bible classes.  We would love to expand to more classes like Science experiments, carpentry/sewing classes, sports, etc.

3. Giving: We are always in need of good books!  If you would like a current list of needs,  contact us.  Also, if you would like to donate money...
