Welcome to the Kathwood Community Center! We officially open our doors on March 2, 2009 for our first after-school tutoring.  We feel confident that God has made this opportunity possible, and we are eager to begin more permanent and long-lasting relationships with the residents of Kathwood. 

A predominantly Latino neighborhood, Kathwood rings with the sounds of Spanish, parakeets, and duranguense.  We pray that the Kathwood Community Center will bring additional beauty to the community and will provide much needed resources: tutoring, English classes, health/hygiene classes, teen girl support, job counseling, citizen classes, and much more!  As you can see, our vision is huge, but already God is providing the people and resources to make this vision a reality.
